The process of the work
When a builder decides to start a construction somewhere, the first thing is to make sure whether the proposed building could be built there or not.
The ground mechanics are the first phase of the design process. Therefore, we come into contact with the customers very quickly, sometimes even before starting it.
Every project of ours are to fully comply with the structural engineers who are responsible for the stability and quality of the building.
The first step is to decide the location and number of drills based on the given materials, plans and our experience.
The subsequent field work is done according to the EU and Hungarian standards, the necessary tools are carried in the safe of a Mitsubishi W4 jeep to the site.
For minor works (family houses, smaller grain storage facilities, hatcheries, etc) two people are sufficient, while larger projects may require more.
After the samples are analyzed in our laboratory, we provide you with precise physical characteristics and produce a final opinion,
which specifies the recommended place and type of the footings of the proposed building, the properties of the groundwater.
In the region, an opinion is required even for licensing smaller buildings as of a lot of edifices without an expertise became sunken or damaged because of swelling materials.
It is mandatory for tendering (eg. EU) building operations or operations with a span of 7 metres or over.

Geotechnical drilling
The drillings are done with BORRO-type drilling equipment with a diameter of 55-100mm.
The sampling complies with both EU and Hungarian standards.
Soil Survey Report, Material Testing:
The obtained samples are ranked based on the MSZ EN 1997-2:2008 classification,
taking the current MSZ EN ISO 1468-2:2005 and MSZ 14053:2 into consideration.
Soil Test Reports give a detailed description of the physical properties of the materials
found below the surface and the potential harmful effects of the groundwater.
Our machine uses the Fritsch Laser method (which really is rare in Hungary) so we can make
accurate curves of grain-size distribution (even for a diameter of 0.0005mm).
We are able to analyze great size of samples during a short amount of time with this method,
which is impossible using the common (hydromental) one.

We have approx. 10000 expertises available in the Southern East part of Hungary (Alföld region),
